Register for our Buy and Try offer in a few simple steps.
2. Enjoy your product
Enjoy using your Windows PC. If you aren't completely satisfied after 45 days and within 60 days of the purchase date, you can return your registered product.
3. Arrange a Pick-up
Return your product by arranging a pick up with our home collection service within 15 days of starting your return process.
4. Get a refund
Once we receive and verify your return, you'll get your money back as a bank transfer.

Buy and Try lets you register an eligible purchase, use it, and — if it isn't right for you — return it during the return window for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the Terms and Conditions.

Your Registration ID is on your registration confirmation email and on the confirmation screen after you register.
Registrations must be made within 15 days of purchase. Once the promotion closes, new registrations can't be accepted.
